Three ways a deal gets onto the board
- One at a time, from a signal’s row or its panel.
- In bulk, by ticking rows in the signals table and pressing Add N to pipeline. Up to 200 at once. Rows already on the board are not selectable, so the count on the bar is the number that will actually be created, and the header tick box covers this page and says so.
- Automatically, from a per-listener rule: a minimum score, an allowed set of classes, the stage to land in, a daily cap and an optional owner. The rule is per listener rather than per workspace, because a situations listener and a market listener disagree about what deserves a deal.
Working a deal
Clicking a card opens a side panel with the stage, the value, the owner, a contact (name, role, email, phone) and the comment thread. The board stays visible behind it.
- Comments are the signal’s thread. A note written while triaging on the Signals screen appears on the card, and one written on the card appears there. One lead, one conversation.
- Contact fields save as you leave them and are merged one at a time, so typing a phone number cannot silently delete the email.
- Dropping a card into Won asks what it was worth, at that moment. Left to a back-fill nobody does, a working pipeline reports zero revenue.
- A card shows the owner as a name, plus what the lead was judged to be — class, situation, score, and urgency only when it is high or immediate.
