Open Pulse finds public conversations that are evidence somebody has a budgeted problem, and scores each one against what you sell. It reads Reddit, Hacker News, X, LinkedIn and Facebook; it treats job postings (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Jobs) and review sites (G2, Trustpilot, YouTube, Google Reviews) as buying signals. You describe your business once, by pasting your website, and it works out what to listen for. Listeners then run on a schedule, judge everything they find, and send you the good ones. The thing that makes it different from a keyword alert is that it retrieves the post, reads it, judges intent against your business, records why it rejected everything else, and learns from the signals you rate.

Set up a workspace

Your account, your workspace, and the three things onboarding needs before the product is any good.

Listeners

One standing question, asked on a schedule. Four objectives, each with its own sources and data window.

API reference

Programmatic access to a workspace, generated from the routes a key can actually call.

MCP & Agents

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or the Claude Code CLI to a workspace, read-only.

What Open Pulse does not do

Worth stating plainly on the first page, because several of these are things comparable products do:
  • It does not log in to any platform or bypass access controls. Only publicly available results are read.
  • It does not need your CRM or your inbox. It reads public sources and sends results outward: by email, by signed webhook, or to an AI client you connect. It asks for no credentials to anything you own.
  • It does not send outreach. Drafts are copied out by a person.
  • It does not post content. Drafts are exported; you publish them.

Plans

Go, Growth and Pro are self-serve, each opening with a free trial; Enterprise is quote-only. Limits, prices and what each plan includes change independently of this document. See openpulse.cloud/pricing for the current numbers, and Plans and what each includes here for how the plan boundaries work.
