# Setting up

> Your account, your workspace, and the three things onboarding needs before the product is any good.

## Your account and your workspace

You sign up once. That account can belong to any number of workspaces, and a **workspace** is what owns the data — every listener, signal and run belongs to one. Switching workspaces switches everything on screen.

Sign-in options: email and password, a one-time code sent to your email, or Google, Microsoft or Facebook.

## The three things a workspace has to tell us

Onboarding asks for three things, and the product works badly without all three:

| **Website**            | Your company's URL                                     | The brand kit is built from it, and the first listener plan is derived from it |
| **Commercial profile** | Who you sell to, what you sell, what problem it solves | Fit is 20 of a signal's 100 points; without this the classifier is guessing    |
| **Brand kit**          | Your name, colours and tone of voice                   | Outreach drafts and content are written in your voice rather than a model's    |

The brand kit is crawled from your website in the background — you are not made to wait for it, and you can correct anything it got wrong. A kit whose crawl failed entirely but which you filled in by hand counts as complete.

## Your trial

Both purchasable plans open with a free trial, on monthly and annual alike. You enter a card to start it and nothing is charged during it. You can cancel from workspace settings at any point in the trial and you will not be charged. ## Tours

The first time you open a new workspace, a short tour points at the things you need first. Steps pointing at something that does not exist yet are skipped rather than shown as empty. You can replay a tour from the account menu, so pressing *Skip* in the first ten seconds is not a permanent decision.

## Light and dark

A theme switch in the account menu: light, dark, or follow your system. The choice is remembered per browser.
