A workspace-level watchlist with two halves that answer different questions about the same companies: | Half | Question | | ----------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Intel** | What did they *do*? Funding, launches, pricing changes, hires, press. | | **Chatter** | What do their customers think? Fed by your competitor-dissatisfaction listeners. | Competitor names are **retrieved rather than recalled** — they are found from real sources rather than remembered by a model, which is what keeps a plausible company that does not exist off your watchlist. Chatter is rolled up **one row per competitor**, so you see who is losing users and why rather than a list of mentions. Reddit comments are read, not just the posts, because the complaint is usually in the thread rather than the title. **Freshness is the plan difference.** Collection runs at the same cadence for everyone with access; lower tiers see an item once the monthly report has published it, higher tiers see it as it lands. Some plans can also **collect on demand** once a day, which sweeps and publishes immediately — so a workspace that adds its first competitor early in the month is not staring at an empty tab until the next report.
