# Accounts and territory

> Who, not what came in — and demand grouped by place.

## Accounts

**Accounts** answers "who", where the signal list answers "what came in". One company that three listeners have touched is one row here, joined across all of them rather than scattered between them. Opening an account gives you every signal, note and competitor mention about that company on one page.

## Territory

**Territory** is the same data grouped by place: demand by region, with each row carrying how confident we are in the location. Locations are resolved deterministically and anything unrecognised is reported as Unknown rather than guessed — a wrong country on a demand chart is worse than an admitted gap, because people make hiring decisions on it.
